The Aura app for iOS is a personal art notebook that recognizes when you are in presence of a work, presents further information on artist names, terms, movements and other topics referenced in the notes about a given work, and shares your memories with other users on private Aura channels and via social media. Aura.com web app lets you search, edit and share your Aura memories and is backed by the Aura Art Universe, a graph of art knowledge, reactions and connections that remembers your art experiences.Over time, Aura will become a location-aware engine of discovery and universal guide to art, artists, and exhibits. The collective use of Aura around the world by millions of people will silently build valuable new knowledge of art viewing patterns, private market prices, exhibition histories, curatorial notes and digital provenance that have never before been assembled into a single platform.
