Artha Labs (part of Attention Tag) careers

We are building physical AI data science (arthaa.ai/physicalAI): a data and evaluation layer for robotics. It turns video, images or text into simulation-ready scenes, runs graded robot rollouts on simulators such as Isaac Lab and MuJoCo, and produces evaluated training data with sim-to-real checks.

Our current live product is an Emotion AI platform (attentiontag.com): a Vision AI platform to make broadcast communication more effective. We are an engagement assistant that uses real-time actionable inferences from the attendee's camera. Speakers or educators with a no-code integration get:
1. Real-time view of the engagement by content or attendees.
2. Corrective suggestions on their content, with our finely measured listener guiding the AI.
3. Personalized AI-generated LLM chats for the attendees on the basis of their emotional engagement.
4. Offline automated personalized follow-up of the sessions.
AttentionTag uses cutting-edge AI/ML-based computer vision optimized to run on mobile & desktop browsers, combined with other ML approaches for content identification & generation.

It was founded by Arvind Saraf, a computer scientist (IIT, MIT, Google), serial entrepreneur (Ratan Tata-backed venture), and engineering leader (last company acquired by Apple).
