Atmos Clinic is a seed-stage healthcare company building a new way for everyday Americans to access and pay for healthcare. We focus on employees of small and mid-sized businesses, where rising insurance premiums are forcing employers toward higher deductibles, thinner benefits, or no meaningful coverage.

Atmos layers on top of existing health insurance to make everyday care more accessible and affordable. Our platform combines three products: an AI-native virtual primary care clinic that can triage, diagnose, treat, and refer patients; an employer-funded health reimbursement account that supports out-of-pocket healthcare costs; and a marketplace of transparently priced local cash-pay services such as labs, imaging, physical therapy, and specialist care.

This model allows employers to move to lower-cost, higher-deductible health plans while using part of the savings to fund first-dollar care through Atmos. Employees come to Atmos first when they need care, and we manage the journey—from symptoms and treatment to finding, scheduling, and paying for the next service. By combining clinical decision-making with payments and transparent provider pricing, we aim to make healthcare easier to use and structurally less expensive.

We are building Atmos as an AI-native, software-driven healthcare platform rather than traditional services. Our product spans clinical AI, consumer experiences, healthcare payments, provider marketplaces, and care delivery infrastructure. We want the experience to feel dramatically simpler and more intuitive than traditional healthcare.

Atmos is based in New York City and launching first in Texas. The company has raised $6 million from Define Ventures, Next Ventures, Tau Ventures, and health-tech leaders. Our team has built clinical AI, virtual care, provider networks, and health benefits at Ambience Healthcare, Garner Health, and Oscar Health.
