We are building Atlas, a candidate-first employment platform that uses AI to match people with relevant jobs, guide them through the interview process, and connect successful hires with meaningful professional communities.
Candidates upload their CV once, and Atlas converts it into a structured profile containing their experience, skills, education, preferences, availability, and career interests. Employers upload a job description, and Atlas identifies candidates based on genuine compatibility rather than simple keyword matching. Each recommendation includes a clear explanation of why the candidate and role align.
After a match, Atlas provides one transparent place for applications, interview invitations, scheduling, status updates, communication, structured evaluations, and offers. Candidates no longer have to manage disconnected emails or wonder whether their application has disappeared, while employers spend less time screening unsuitable applicants and coordinating repetitive tasks.
Once someone accepts a role, Atlas helps them build relationships within their new professional environment. They can be introduced to colleagues, mentors, other new hires, and communities based on shared roles, interests, languages, backgrounds, or career goals.
