At The Pool is comprised of a lean team of four individuals, all with different skillsets. Everyone comes into work with a great attitude, and is passionate about making the world a better, healthier, and more active place to live in. Being a small team gives each team member the opportunity to have a say in ideas and activations. After launching a new mobile app in November 2013, we are looking to grow the team to keep up with the traction. We now have members in over a hundred countries, and are focused on strengthening the member-base from city to city.
