Jobs at At School Today

We have transformed communication, payments and permission in education. At School Today™ is the only mobile app that provides auto-fill permission forms and payments on a smartphone via deep linked notifications, events lists and calendar system (bit.ly/3bOR77C). We have revolutionized and combined expensive and disconnected infrastructures into a simple turnkey solution at fractions of the cost. Our focus has been speed, ease of use and equitable accessibility targeted to the computer in everyone's pocket — the smartphone. No more work e-mail chaos for parents multiplied by each child. No more trying to remember long numeric passwords for multiple systems — use face recognition, touch or your mobile phone password security to login. Parents review digital forms auto-populated with their child(ren) and family info and sign with a swirl of their finger in seconds. No more filling out the same information over and over again. Everyone is kept in sync. Guardians can see who has paid already and given permission in the app. Field trip directions are autogenerated to follow in Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps. Children can be in different schools or districts and appear in the same app for parents — public and private. There is no duplication of efforts for teachers, schools and admin. We use and augment the PDFs that schools have already created, approved and printed in the past. Teachers/admin drag and drop auto-fill areas and payments directly onto the PDF forms and save as a template to share with others in their school. The app is collaborative software. Teachers can share other digital systems that they use directly in the app for parents to touch and open in, "Class Resources". It is simple as copy and paste. Our culture is open minded, welcoming to all experiences and backgrounds. We are focused on being creative in solutions, evolving and improving the way of life for humans using technology. We like to look at things backwards and upside down.
