Best company I've ever worked at. Period. I joined for the team, which is beyond incredible. Everybody is open-minded and friendly, and knows their stuff. The engineers are definitely experts in their fields and, amazingly, are really good at communication at the same time. And the designers' aesthetics is just beyond awesome, which is reflected on our products. The workplace atmosphere is dynamic. People are constantly walking around talking to each other, grabbing people into meetings and GETTING THINGS DONE. After that we just chat and hang out a bit before jumping into other things. No meaningless procedures or other nonsense. Exactly what I am looking for. Somehow even our office appears brighter and more spacious than the others on the same floor... (although it does get hot in summer which I don't like) So in a word: good people, effective collaboration, cool products and happy work.
