Jobs at Assembly

We’re a non-profit, and so everyone at Assembly shares a common goal of helping schools to improve. We work hard and we care about the impact we have. Our development approach is agile, and our line management structure is pretty flat. We give people space to take initiative and propose new ideas and approaches - but at the same time there’s lots of cross-team collaboration. Our platform is still in beta, so there’s lots of potential to help us shape our strategy. Whilst we operate with a start-up culture, we benefit from support from our joint venture partners (NEON and Ark). So when we stumble across a tricky problem that requires skills or knowledge that we don’t possess, we usually find that we know someone who can help.
