We’re hiring a small, high-ownership team across engineering, AI, design, and growth to help build AskAlong, a voice-first audio learning app that turns podcasts into interactive tutoring. **Roles we’re hiring for** * **Software Engineers (Full-stack / Mobile):** Ship core product experiences end-to-end, improve performance and reliability, and move fast with high product taste. * **Machine Learning Engineers:** Work on real-time audio understanding, retrieval, and answer quality. Optimize latency, relevance, and user trust. * **Product Designers:** Design simple, delightful voice-first workflows with strong UX intuition. Build prototypes, iterate quickly, and sweat the details. * **Product Growth:** Own experiments across activation, retention, and referral. Set up analytics, run tests, and turn insights into repeatable growth loops. * **Short-form Video Content & Social:** Create and iterate on TikTok/Reels/Shorts-style demos, explainers, and storytelling content that drives product discovery and signups. **Who we’re looking for** We’re looking for builders who are curious, scrappy, and user-obsessed. You should enjoy taking ownership, moving quickly with imperfect information, and iterating based on real user feedback. Early-stage experience is a plus, but not required.
