Our new product - Renting with Benefits (RwB) - empowers renters to co-invest in the homes they rent from us and participate in the financial upside, without the need for an option to buy the home. This product update enables renters to reap the financial benefits of housing at the fraction of ownership they can afford, while removing the pains of owning a home - maintenance, repairs and taxes, to name a few. Our thesis is that turning renters into fractional investors in their rentals will result in better financial outcomes for both them and real estate investors in the form of reduced repairs and maintenance, lower turnover, and vacancy.
