As You Are careers

AYA As You Are is the first and only social and relationship platform aimed at the Indian LGBTQ+ community. India recently decriminalized homosexual sex, but social and cultural barriers remain. Our app meets people where they are (which is most often in the closet) and emphasizes long-term, meaningful relationships (both platonic and romantic), safety and security.
We have enjoyed success in getting traction, now running at 6000-8000 new users per week, and are looking to further accelerate our growth.
