We're building an agentic care navigation platform that executes clinical and logistical workflows autonomously on behalf of patients and caregivers.
The core problem: healthcare creates massive friction for patients: MyChart logins, prior-authorization denials, financial aid applications, appointment scheduling. Frontline staff (social workers, nurses) get trapped in execution work; patients miss interventions because logistics feel insurmountable.
Our solution layers three components: (1) AI agents that handle MyChart access, form submission, and calendar integration autonomously; (2) a structured knowledge layer storing patient context, medical history, and action outcomes; (3) human fallback—trained navigators for emotional support and a trained offshore VMA team when confidence drops.
We're oncology-first (highest stakes), launching with four activation hooks (financial aid, appointment booking, clinical-trial matching, care-team coordination) chosen by the patient. The platform runs on Firebase + Google Cloud (BAA-compliant), with SMS/iMessage as the primary interface.
Traction: Techstars graduate, $1.5M raised, deployed with two nonprofits, several pharma pilots ongoing.
