• Piloter et faire grandir des équipes pluridisciplinaires (consultants, data scientists, data/software engineers, data analysts) en :

Organisant des projets en sous chantier (avec pour chacun des objectifs, livrables clairs, des deadlines,....).
Définissant les rôles et responsabilités au sein de l'équipe.
Fixant des objectifs aux membres de l'équipe.
Étant garant de la qualité des livrables et de la satisfaction client.

• Qualify the feasibility of Use Cases, translating business challenges into technical formulations
• Define the business and statistical hypothesis, and build the solution followed by testing and validation

• Accompagner la transformation data de nos clients C-Levels dans leurs différents domaines d'activité : COMEX, marketing, digital, supply-chain, opérations, customer support, IT, etc.
• Faire preuvre d’agilité intellectuelle et de rigueur pour piloter des projets à haute valeur stratégique pour nos clients en vous appuyant sur l'expertise et les offres d'Artefact:
