Arrivedo's platform helps hotels publish their personalized local travel guide for their guests. In 5 years from today more hotels will publish their recommendations to guests in Arrivedo, than they will respond to reviews on their Tripadvisor profile. In our platform, travelers first select their hotel, and then our city guide adjusts to the hotel’s location and budget, adding knowledgeable recommendations provided by their hosts (hotel staff). Hotel owners, managers, front desk, and concierges like our tool because Arrivedo enhances customer service and helps them close deals (with commission for them) for their guests. Furthermore, hotels can modernize their lobbies by installing an iPad Kiosk on front desks, downloading the free Arrivedo iPad App, and featuring their personalized recommendations. Arrivedo is available in San Francisco and Peru (Lima & Cusco) and 70 hotels are already publishing in our platform. We are preparing a global launch to reach 1,000 hotels by December 2017.
