Currently, health systems approach real estate decisions in a siloed manner, with the strategic planning department focusing on assessing market and growth opportunities and the facilities department focusing on portfolio and asset management strategy. Our SaaS platform will allow strategic decisions to be made that are informed by empirical data from both public and proprietary sources as well as the organizations operating experience and Array's deep understanding of the spatial requirements for healthcare service offerings.

This platform allows for dynamic, real time, multivariate analysis of real estate strategies and opportunities  that are informed by data not available to healthcare strategists today. Through the aggregation of market, strategic and asset based data, the platform will enable our clients to scenario test strategic decisions to project returns and optimize approaches.
