Healthcare

Armorblox provides 100% coverage for employees and 85% coverage for dependents on our base plans; medical, dental, vision, Life, Voluntary Life, and AD&D coverage to full-time employees.

Retirement

Planning for the future is important; Armorblox offers a 401(k) plan for full-time employees to contribute a % of their salary towards retirement and savings.

Parental leave

We want our employees to cherish precious moments and offer wage replacement for parents for up to 3 weeks and 12 weeks for maternity leave.
