People at Armakuni

For me Armakuni was a great move, from a company where I was micro-managed to an environment where my learning has been encouraged, I am supported by people who are not even in my team, management give you a lot of freedom and have taught me that it is ok to fail as long as I learn from it - they are also very present and approachable. I love that we have the flexibility to work from home, there is no hierarchy, and no blame culture. Overall a very talented, helpful and passionate group of people who make working for Armakuni an enjoyable experience.
