Arka Venture Labs is first of its kind India-US cross-border accelerator fund that has been launched with three VC firms coming in as Anchor LPs. They are Blume Ventures, Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV), and Emergent Ventures. The program is designed to facilitate a faster global transition for Indian B2B start-ups by providing them a combination of seed capital, mentoring, access to Silicon Valley ecosystem and infrastructure support. India has a great talent pool of tech, sales and customer success resources and US has a deeper market. Indian B2B startups who have transitioned to the US have seen a different trajectory in terms of the scale of revenues or valuation.
This platform is only open to B2B startups with a strong potential in the US or European region, backed by strong core technology and economic differentiators.
Arka Venture Labs has made two investments so far and closed two more term sheets. Arka Venture Labs plan to make 25-30 investments in the coming three years.
