Arcimoto’s mission is to develop vehicles and technologies for a low cost and high quality transportation system that is sustainable. The name, Arcimoto, means “Future I Drive,” since we want to help the mass market worldwide access the future of transportation.

Arcimoto’s first vehicle, the SRK, is a fun, cool, safe and affordable electric vehicle. With a target price point of $11,900 and an estimated range of 120 miles, the two passenger SRK is designed to be a daily driver for an urban or suburban commuter. The vehicle has familiar controls and carefully engineered center of gravity for excellent performance, while capably of parking three in the spot of one conventional car.

Arcimoto has pioneered the ability to rapidly develop functional prototypes to test performance and consumer demand. To date, the company has built seven functional vehicles and is now working to release Gen 8, a near final version of the SRK. See the video below:
