Archimedes Labs is an incubator. We create companies, we engage with companies to accelerate them and we invest in companies. We have 13 portfolio companies to date. One - M.dot - was recently acquired by GoDaddy.

Archimedes is an operating company, like say Betaworks or idealab. It is an LLC. As a result the company has a recurring exits model unlike a closed-end fund, and ongoing shareholders.
