Online dating is new black. But man are there problems! You have superficial attraction, mismatched personalities, clashing expectations and the lack of quality matches. Throw in new-age dating woes like ghosting and friend-zones and one does not need to even wonder why people get tired of dating online.
We have all been there... That match that is an amazing texter but when you meet him/her you just cant get along. It's worse when you are looking for something serious and the other person, something casual. You then have to have that awkward conversation on how you dont want to "cuddle" or "Netflix & Chill". Meh.
We decided to build a dating app for people looking for serious and casual relationships. But one where expectations are made clear and superficial attraction is not a selling point. Deeper connections are established, people make the effort to talk to each other and people match based on personality, not looks. Sounds interesting, dont it?
