• You have deep familiarity with your domain's platform surface, key dependencies, and the customer outcomes the team owns
• You have identified the two or three most leveraged technical investments in your area and aligned with Product, Engineering Management, and key partners on a plan

• Take formal ownership of Salesforce, Planhat, and GTM and Customer Operations tooling, including administration, user access, and the enhancement intake queue
• Deliver a Salesforce health assessment documenting technical debt, data quality gaps, unused or conflicting automation, and a prioritized remediation roadmap

• Deep familiarity with the end-to-end LS pipeline-from ingestion through dbt transformation, de-identification, and delivery-including the current Snowflake-based scripts and what will replace them
• Ownership of the channel partner data inquiry queue; resolving standard requests independently by leveraging AI agents, closing out in writing and in accordance with SLAs

• Develop working expertise in Arcadia’s platform architecture, customer workflows, AI strategy, and data ecosystem
• Identify and prioritize high-impact product opportunities within assigned domain ownership

• Independently triage and resolve pipeline data quality issues
• Author at least one new dbt model or refactor an existing one to meet current modeling standards

• Act as the technical leader for reliability for one or more domains; set direction and standards while remaining hands-on where it matters most
• Drive reliability strategy across critical services: define SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and reliability KPIs aligned to customer journeys and outcomes

• Develop deep working knowledge of CMS LEAD model methodology and financial mechanics
• Contribute to Arcadia’s market communications on the CMS LEAD model (e.g., whitepaper, customer discussions)

• Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and core population health concepts and begin building Vista dashboards and scorecards in AWS QuickSight
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and a large payer client in designing novel analytics dashboards, and present your work internally and externally

• Learn the different areas of the data connector life cycle, and develop a working knowledge of the technical stacks, storage platforms, data models, and Arcadia's development cycle
• Familiarize yourself with the existing data pipeline and associated product capabilities

• Ramp up on the existing User Management system, including authentication (Auth0, SAML 2.0), authorization models, and event-driven user provisioning workflows
• Complete design handoff for the new access and grants architecture, collaborating closely with product and platform teams to understand business and security requirements

• Understand the Care Coordination Platform architecture and workflows
• Contribute to front-end development using React and TypeScript

• Develop a deep understanding of Arcadia’s Life Sciences strategy, data assets, GTM motion, and revenue targets.
• Establish strong executive-level relationships across Product, Data Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, Legal, and Operations.

• Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model, data ingestion process, and GA Options
• Learn the Analytics team’s reporting tools (SQL database, Redshift, QuickSight BI product)

• Gain a solid understanding of Arcadia’s data model, ingestion workflows, and machine learning deployment processes
• Become proficient with the team’s core data tools, including Redshift, Athena, S3, SageMaker, and dbt
