The culture is great for developers who want to focus on engineering work and not deal with management work. Meetings: We discuss work at the start of the week and then do a daily standup to check in with everyone. We keep our meetings focused and short so that everyone can work without interruptions. Activities: We play online games once every month to get together as a team and have virtual team-building sessions once in a while.
