Construction SITE PAPERWORK is a massive pain, with paper remaining the dominant technology because previous attempts to go ‘paperless’ have not been practical. Paper is a pain on site, and it is a pain to extract and manage the data back in the office. 

Contracting businesses can now move to a paperless site where ALL of their paperwork can be done, synchronised and data captured within one system. It links the siloed workflows of the office with the Site in real time.

Site guys don’t operate in silos such as Safety, Engineering or Accounts. They do everything onsite, and any practical system needs to let data, at the point of use, interoperate between these silos within industry workflows.

Utilising their own forms is critical, as each business develops its own set of processes. It represents years of IP/know-how. We’ve designed APE Mobile to accommodate their paperwork, but make it massively easier to do.
