Technical screening is breaking. Companies are overwhelmed with applicants, while AI coding assistants make it easier for candidates to pass static coding tests. Traditional platforms evaluate final answers, but they miss something critical: how candidates think.

We’re solving the hard problem of replicating the depth of a live human interviewer — probing reasoning, communication, trade-offs, and adaptability — without consuming engineering time.

Our goal is not to replace final human interviews.
It’s to replace outdated, static pre-screens with interactive AI interviews that deliver deeper signal at scale.
