At Anyhau, we believe in fair compensation, transparency and employee wellbeing. Some of the things that make us a great place to work at: * We work a 4-day workweek. At Anyhau, we believe that you can get the same amount of work done in 4 working days, that you would get in the traditional 5. At the same time, 3 days of rest is proven to provide better disconnect and improve work-life balance, and reduce clutter at work. We work from Monday to Thursday. * We are fully remote. We do not have an office, so you are free to choose where you work from. All of our meetings happen online, on Google Meet, and we’re committed to making that work for everyone. * We keep general meetings to a minimum. We work asynchronously and transparently, and most of the work we conduct could be written down. We organize our work in Basecamp, and keep everything under one platform. * We do not count work hours. Most of our work happens between 10:00-15:00 (GMT+3), but you are free to choose how you wish to work. What counts is the output: we commit to a goal and make it count. * We offer 4 weeks of paid leave a year, according to the Finnish Annual Holiday Act, as well as your own local public holidays. * Anyhau is a flexible workplace. Everyone has their unique situations and we understand that and support each other. * We keep hierarchy and bureaucracy to a minimum.
