Antenna Technology careers

Antenna is a SaaS platform that utilizes data from existing communication systems and surfaces data and insights directly to a leader about how they are engaging their team. Using data the leader already has access to, but analyzing it in a way only a big data platform can, we currently compute over 100 metrics about how a leader spends time with their team alerting a leader to things like 1:1 time spent, engagement activities and if they are spending the right amount of time with their team. We run a historical analysis as well as a weekly analysis.
