Our investment strategy primarily covers the small to mid-cap markets across the UK and Europe. Our venture fund is active in the early stage market as to be on the forefront of future opportunities in cross-border transactions, in addition to our strategic acquisition fund, which primarily invests in the education, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology sectors. We implement a diverse investment strategy, looking for opportunities to invest directly as well as via fund of funds, and industry-specific funds. Our partners share a diverse background in both M&A advisory and cross-border transactions as well as financial advisory. With this in mind, we look to actively involve ourselves in the transactions from beginning to end with ongoing management of these assets.
