Anima safely automates healthcare to an unprecedented level - taking a history, abstracting the data, and outputting recommendations with auto-generated clinical notes and patient comms. This is an ambitious and difficult goal - Anima already owns a US machine learning patent, and we're currently iterating a proprietary graph traversal algorithm, building ETL infrastructure and much more. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the company (which is probably why we've grown so quickly!)

In less than a year, we built the most advanced automated triage platform on the planet, fully integrated with UK electronic health record systems. Anima already used in NHS clinics across the country with real doctors and patients.

Anima's CEO is an ex-doctor, and the majority of the team are ex-clinicians who can code - our so-called 'clinical engineers'. We're backed by Y Combinator, home of epic companies like Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox, Twitch, Coinbase and more. Our base pay is competitive and we offer generous equity compensation and other perks. We offer a hybrid-working set up; work most days from home and at times that suit you. We’re looking to add talented software engineers, medics (who can or can't code!), and designers who are hungry and understand the urgency and importance of what we’re doing for society.
