We are addressing one of the last inefficiencies in the entrepreneur/angel ecosystem - standardized information & analytics coming from startups. By solving the 'information gap' that is typical with startups, we create an 'asymmetric information advantage' that we can then leverage to help both our customers (funded startups) and their investors be more efficiently successful.

We use the Bell-Mason Diagnostic framework to extract the relevant milestone information on the proper topics to make sure our customers are addressing the proper elements of building a business.

We have now launched our second division - The Legacy Funds. Think of it as a 'TVAMP'- Turnkey Venture Asset Management Platform.

There has been little innovation in the venture asset class since 1959. Many are trying to take a portfolio approach, use data, etc.

Because of AngelSpan's asymmetric information advantage, our Legacy Funds can avail institutional rigor, Wall St.-like risk management practices, etc.
