• Proactively identify and champion opportunities that improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and overall user growth outcomes to build beneficial network effects.

• Finance and cost management: Own tech spend tracking, vendor contract reviews, and the annual R&D Tax Credit process across the org.
• Product team operations: Keep weekly product meetings running and ensure the roadmap stays current and accountable.
