• Work cross-functionally with Product Designers, Software Engineers, Product Managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into high fidelity designs
• Drive a consistent and intuitive user experience across Analytic Partners’ entire product suite

• Assess and define learning needs by partnering with global stakeholders, HR, and business leaders to conduct training needs analyses and align solutions to organizational and functional priorities
• Design and deliver enterprise-wide talent and learning programs aligned to Core Values, Leader Behaviors, and business goals across regions and functions

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budget cycles, and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze revenue reporting, pipeline metrics, client profitability, and FX impacts.

• Own the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) as a product, treating engineering teams as customers and optimizing for reliability, usability, and delivery velocity.
• Define and execute a platform roadmap aligned with business priorities, developer needs, and long-term scalability.

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical and machine learning solutions, including econometric, statistical, and AI/ML-based approaches, to support AP products and custom solutions.
• Build and enhance Generative AI and LLM-based applications, working closely with Engineering partners to productionize scalable, reliable AI-enabled systems.

• As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will work closely with the business and technology teams to bridge the gap between users and software. The Sr. Business Analyst will help support the product as well as understand, translate, and develop requirements for product enhancements. They will manage requests and requirements, develop delivery schedules, and communicate across broader teams.
