We also help businesses to monetize the data through our "Data Analytics" capability. Our recent mobile product "Kavalan" caters the complete need of Citizen Safety and Security of Tamil Nadu state which has enabled the Police Department to get into the digital world. We also run the complete ITES function of Tamil Nadu Police Control Room in Chennai. Some of our other capabilities like Testing CoE, Software Development and Staffing Services continued to be a polestar in our offshore business. Our attrition is always in single digit and hence we are large in having the lateral human resources in our bandwagon. We also train other companies to transform their "Data Analytics" approach to enhance their delivery model. Some of the companies like TCS, CTS, Syntel and Ford are our premiere business partner who are continuously getting benefited in the BI space. We have large presence in Chennai at SIPCOT Siruseri where 1500 employees can be accommodated for the offshore delivery. Recently, we have partnered with Salesforce and have started an engagement in Siruseri office which is expected to grow as a separate account for Amtex.
