Cell testing execution: Run standard and non-standard charge/discharge cycling, rate capability, capacity checks, formation, DCIR/HPPC, temperature performance, and EIS as part of the qualification process utilizing Arbin and Neware testers/cyclers and environmental chambers. Build and validate test schedules, wire fixtures, mount thermocouples, and utilize pressure and swell setups
