• Research emerging markets, applications, and technologies relevant to RF interconnect and cable assembly products.
• Map RF content opportunity within end devices and identify where increasing connectivity requirements create growth potential.

• Prioritize and support NPI activities for customers within a defined geographic region to drive growth.
• Oversee the delivery of projects on-time and on schedule with best–in-class quality with the design and development of application specific connector solutions.

• Award new projects by providing comprehensive technical solution to the customer.

Review RFQ package with Cross-functional teams (CFT) to define achievable specification for quotation.
Work with Program Manger to review internal cost from a technical perspective.
Follow up open technical task and push for closure during RFQ stage.

• Support growth and profitability of assigned product lines across all sales channels, with emphasis on high-service distribution.
• Monitor product line performance using key performance indicators and provide analysis to support business decisions.

• Plans, prioritizes, and manages the sales effort to build RFQ pipeline and awards to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth initiatives
• Lead sales activities within region or territory to achieve the committed net new business objective (NNB) utilizing a strategy-to-win approach

• Utilize 3D CAD engineering software to model and draft connector components and assemblies
• May be assisted by Entry/Junior or Intermediate Level personnel

• Evaluate product gaps and identify product needs through market research, customer, and field sales feedback
• Develop business plan(s) to justify investment in product development
