Amperity is a US AI-first Customer Data Platform — multi-patented identity resolution and customer data infrastructure for 400+ global brands (Alaska Airlines, Wyndham, DICK'S). We're building our Argentina engineering hub from the ground up and hiring the senior ICs who'll shape it.

• Design the CI/CD pipelines and deployment architecture for the ML systems your team owns, making them reliable, repeatable, and easy to operate.
• Build automated retraining pipelines triggered by performance degradation, and architect monitoring solutions with drift detection and alerting.

• Guide Strategic Architecture: Lead the full architectural health of the BASS platform, connecting technical decisions to multi-year horizons and organizational strategy.
• Establish Technical Standards: Define "technically excellent" for developer productivity and automation, setting the bar for scalability and simplicity across the org.

• Own batching and real-time streaming systems that handle large amounts of structured customer, product, and event data.
• Building full-stack experiences and toolsets to help users visualize their data, understand their customers, surface the most impactful insights, and take meaningful action based on those insights.

• You will lead the effort to unify batch and real-time event processing across core platform services.
• You will manage a large, mature codebase and develop a clear strategy for which technical debt to carry, which to pay down, and which to eliminate.

• Define the multi-year AI product strategy that differentiates Amperity’s platform, drawing from customer insight, market trends, and emerging AI research
• Establish and champion Amperity’s AI principles, responsible AI criteria, and product philosophy across the company
