Culture and benefits at Ameelio

While Ameelio is a non-profit working in criminal justice reform, we’re culturally a technology startup. Our co-founder is an ex-Facebook software engineer, and former product manager at Zippi (Y-Combinator S19). Our engineering and product design team comes from Stanford, MIT, Harvard, and Yale. Engineering work has daily stand-ups, weekly sprints, and design docs. We use PRDs for communicating product requirements and use KPIs for quarterly planning. We are a lean, fun, and low-ego team!
