Our Cholado is an icy beverage, a cross between a frozen dessert, fruit cocktail. It is made with shaved ice, fresh tropical fruit puree, and topped with chunks of natural fruit. It’s tangy, sweet, creamy, crunchy, and fruity, all in one spoonful.

The oblea is a popular dessert in several Latin countries such as Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico and Costa Rica. They are prepared with two crispy wafers that are sandwich and filled with sweet caramel “arequipe”, chocolate syrup or other spreads inside.
