Strong communication skills are equally important. Candidates must be able to clearly communicate complex scientific and engineering concepts to both technical and nontechnical personnel, including clients and other stakeholders. The ability to present findings, explain recommendations, and work effectively with individuals from different technical backgrounds is a key component of the role. We welcome candidates with diverse educational and professional backgrounds and are interested in individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Experience in consulting, research and development, laboratory work, engineering design, or other problem-solving environments is valued.
