Directs and manages a team of design verification engineers responsible for Subsystem and SoC design verification. Deploys and manages leading silicon design verification processes, procedures, verification tools, and technologies based on latest best industry practices.

• Lead and manage Quality Program Managers and Quality Program Engineers across Chandler, Oregon, and New Mexico.
• Drive Foundry Manufacturing Quality Programs and Quality Systems across WLA and downstream assembly and test processes.

• Provide comprehensive DFT tool/flow/methodology support to address customer issues and challenges, ensuring successful tape-outs and maximum customer satisfaction
• Work closely with internal Intel teams and external stakeholders including foundry customers' design teams, IP providers, and EDA vendors to resolve complex technical issues

• Own formal verification strategy and execution for complex SoC IP blocks and subsystems.
• Develop and maintain formal verification environments using SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) and industry-standard formal tools.
