Alt Homes was born out of two people’s love for travel and hospitality. We have always been keen on exploring new places, immersing ourselves in new cultures and sharing these new found experiences with those around us. The onset of the pandemic induced lockdowns exacerbated the urge to travel safely and we realized that we’re not the only ones who felt that way. Thus began the quest to curate spaces that felt safe, comfortable and home-like.
We are a property management firm that aims to create a niche in the homestay segment with concerted efforts towards quality assurance. We take pride in redesigning homes into homestays with a guest-centric approach in collaboration with homeowners and curating memorable stays and vacations. Our diverse team consists of digital marketers, web designers, architects, interior designers, customer experience managers, environmental engineers and social workers.
Our 800+ guests have been able to enjoy top of the line hospitality in the luxury of exclusive homes across 3 locations in India. We continue learning more about the needs of the new age Indian traveler everyday and hope to set a service benchmark that makes travel equitable, experiential and sustainable for all the stakeholders.
