• Develop new features and improvements for our trading platform tools.
• Build the monitoring layer for essential trading services, from health dashboards to alerting on time-critical paths.

• Deploy and refine quantitative trading strategies across a multi-venue, multi-asset portfolio.
• Monitor live strategy performance and adjust parameters in response to changing market conditions.

• Building connectivity to new venues, exploring new blockchains & protocols
• Optimising existing trading strategies & developing new algo logic

• Counterparty Acquisition and Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to distribute crypto financial solutions to institutional counterparties globally.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value stakeholders, including crypto prime brokers, custodians with active trading desks, broker-dealers’, hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, exchanges, and trading desks.
Own and achieve P&L targets through external engagement and business development.

• Capture and validate trade details, ensuring accuracy across the full trade lifecycle.
• Perform initial checks, trade confirmations, and maintain accurate book management.

• Design, build, test and deploy proprietary software such as:

Trading simulator optimised for distributed computations
Large-scale data collection, management and visualisation systems
Analytics tools to enable advanced mathematical modelling
Post-trade analysis and reconciliation to support efficient operations

• Design, build and maintain a highly performant, highly available adaptive trading platform providing access to a broad range of CeFi, DeFi and OTC liquidity sources.
• Use software development methodologies to implement and extend order management, compliance, exchange connectivity, market data, and routing functionality.
