• Commercial Contracts:

Take charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, with a keen focus on agreements related to token market-making, OTC trading, and our expansion into new markets.
Ensure that all contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those specific to the cryptocurrency and financial sectors.
Work closely with our business teams to pinpoint legal risks and provide strategic guidance during contract negotiations and business dealings.

• Develop, maintain and administer tools which will automate operational activities and improve engineering productivity.
• Design and implement procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance, perform root cause analysis for production errors.

• Design, build, test and deploy proprietary software such as:

Trading simulator optimised for distributed computations
Large-scale data collection, management and visualisation systems
Analytics tools to enable advanced mathematical modelling
Post-trade analysis and reconciliation to support efficient operations

• Design, build and maintain a highly performant, highly available adaptive trading platform providing access to a broad range of CeFi, DeFi and OTC liquidity sources.
• Use software development methodologies to implement and extend order management, compliance, exchange connectivity, market data, and routing functionality.

• monitoring & analysing production trading, reacting to market events
• observing the market and how our trades behave to generalise learnings and feedback into the trade
