Alleycat careers

Alleycat is an automated sourcing tool for passive engineering and data science candidates. It algorithmically evaluates your existing candidate database, sends personalized emails to the ones that are a fit, and starts the conversation about a role. Once the candidate has replied, a recruiter takes over the conversation.

Alleycat does not carry out conversations with candidates; it focuses on identifying and generating the best "initial engagement email" to candidates based off of candidate personas determined by resumes or online profiles.
