We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated, and multi-skilled technical co-founder (CTO) to join All Out — a fast-growing experience platform based in the UAE. Think Airbnb Experiences meets concierge tech. We’ve already generated six figures in revenue, built a lean B2B and B2C engine, and are partnered with hotels, travel agencies, and holiday homes. Now we’re rebuilding our tech to scale and we’re looking for someone hungry to take full ownership of that process. You should be someone who thrives on building things end-to-end — from architecture to UX. Ideally, you have strong frontend or backend skills (or full-stack), mobile experience (React Native, Flutter, etc.), and the mindset of a founder: fast, resourceful, creative, and relentless. We don’t need a manager. We need a builder who’s ready to own the product, solve problems independently, and grow with the company. Your role would include rebuilding the All Out app, improving our internal concierge platform, integrating with third-party tools (like PMS, WhatsApp, and payment systems), and constantly iterating on user experience. You’ll work directly with the founder, have space to lead the product vision, and eventually grow a lean, high-performance tech team.
