Alectio is pioneering the new field of DataPrepOps. The term has now become fairly standard in the industry but has been invented by our founder, Dr. Jennifer Prendki. Because the space is so new, our culture is all about engineers and researchers taking initiatives. There is virtually no micro-management on our team.
