Looking for a CTO CO-Founder Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is required. Technical Skills: Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) is essential. Proficiency in Typescript for both front-end and back-end development. Hands-on experience with real-time collaboration technologies, especially websockets. In-depth knowledge of text editor frameworks such as Tiptap or other collaborative editing tools. Strong understanding of AI integration and machine learning models to enhance content creation and production processes. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to build scalable, high-availability systems. Knowledge of blockchain technologies, particularly for script registries or contract management features. Understanding of DevOps principles to support continuous integration, deployment, and infrastructure management. Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in leading development teams, particularly in the context of SaaS platforms or collaborative applications. Demonstrated ability to build scalable, real-time applications that handle large datasets and high concurrency. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for creative industries such as screenplay writing or production management. Experience with film production tools or similar industries is a plus. Expertise in strategic product development, guiding projects from concept to successful deployment. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor engineers and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills to work closely with non-technical teams like writers and producers, ensuring technical execution aligns with the with the product with the product vision.
