Airsupply careers

The core of the Airsupply product is a matching algorithm to suggest suitable supply teachers for school vacancies. Schools will post available jobs, which will be alerted to suitable teachers who can express interest or decline. The school can offer the job to a selected teacher who will be given the chance to accept or decline the work.

The system will enable communication between the teacher and the school through a messaging platform.

Alongside the matching engine the product will also include solutions for checking teachers’ qualifications and checking for the teacher with the Disclosure and Barring

Service (DBS). Initially these checks will be carried out manually but the expectation is that over time they will be automated to allow the business to scale.
