Culture and benefits at Airloft

We embrace diversity in the team. Our team consists of an economist, a physicist and three engineers. We embrace discussions on how things are being done. Even though we are now all male team, we are very welcome our first female teammate joining the team. We are looking for go-getters who are down to get things done, team players who listen and work in a team, life safer who one can survive with if ever being stuck on a boat in the ocean with only 2 people. We have regular updates on every Monday and Friday. We will discuss the goals, improvements, obstacles for the week.
