During the NPI Propose Phase: Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Team to define, manage, and provide technical leadership to commercial or military projects within the Engineering Department to assure technical project compliance with budget, schedule and performance by leading airframe, subsystem, and component level requirement capture, memorialization, and management processes and tools across mechanical and electrical engineering teams, utilizing a “right-size” approach to ensure efficiency across a wide range of project / program complexity and applications.
