We are an early-stage real estate technology investor, and love working closely with founders. We typically invest in seed, seed extension, and Series A deals, with check sizes ranging from $250k - $1.0 mn. Our backgrounds are in real estate and technology and our LPs include real estate developers, general contractors, and housing builders.
